Die Gemeinde Ellmau legt die Höhe der monatlichen Leerstandsabgabe für das gesamte Gemeindegebiet einheitlich fest:

a) Kategorie "Standardwohnung" (40 bis 90 m2)                                      €  4,67   pro Quadratmeter Nutzfläche

b) Kategorie "kleine Wohnung"   (bis 39 m2)                                                 €  5,02   pro Quadratmeter Nutzfläche

c) Kategorie "große Wohnung"   (über 90 m2)                                             €  4,22   pro Quadratmeter Nutzfläche

d) Kategorie "Standardwohnung neuwertig" (40 bis 90 m2)             €  5,33   pro Quadratmeter Nutzfläche

e) Kategorie "kleine Wohnung neuwertig"  (bis 39 m2)                          €  5,69   pro Quadratmeter Nutzfläche

f)  Kategorie "große Wohnung neuwertig"   (über 90 m2)                    €  4,89   pro Quadratmeter Nutzfläche
